Shipping & Insurance

Orders are shipped worldwide via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with insurance and tracking. If you require a specific carrier, please specify in the order notes at checkout.
If shipping charges collected at the time an order was placed exceed $8 of the actual cost of shipping, you will be refunded the difference within 1 day following order processing.
We will never require additional shipping charges beyond those collected at the time an order was placed.

Packages are insured for the value of the entire order, up to $200 maximum. Additional insurance may be applied at our discretion if product(s) ordered are irreplaceable, fragile, and/or traveling a long distance.
If you require additional insurance over $200, please specify in the order notes at checkout. We will process your request when the additional cost of insurance does not exceed the shipping charges collected. Otherwise, you will be notified via email to discuss insurance options.

Order Processing

Orders are processed 2-3 days after the order was placed. Safe and secure packaging requires care, so please allow additional time for larger orders.
A shipment tracking notification email will be sent to you when your order has shipped.

Payment Security

Transactions are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Condition & Grading

Unless an item is explicitly specified as NEW, it is Used by default. Items may also be tagged as NOS (New Old Stock), NLA (No Longer Available), or Reproduction.

Inventory is characterized into four condition levels— Excellent items present extremely well and are often restored or refurbished to a like-new standard. Very Good will have minor cosmetic blemishes consistent with high-quality used components. Good items remain completely functional with visible signs of age, while Fair items are fully functional but with significant blemishes. Detailed product descriptions are provided to offer specific reasoning behind each assigned grade.

While most product images are of the actual item you will receive—specifically for rare, one-off, or uniquely restored items—images for regularly stocked common parts are representative of the specified condition.

Because we specialize in used and restored components, individual items may have slight unique variations in finish consistent with age. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the product received will meet the grading level described and be of comparable quality to the images and descriptions provided.

Pre Orders

Pre Orders are limited to specified stock levels. Payment is collected at checkout and held separate until the item is ready for fulfillment. Shipping will occur on or before the fulfillment date specified.

If a Pre Order extends beyond the fulfillment date, it will be cancelled and fully refunded within 2 days unless you choose to extend the date. You may cancel at any time for any reason prior to the fulfillment notification email. A refund will be initiated within 2 days minus a 3% processing fee.

We reserve the right to cancel at any time for any reason, in which case a full refund will be initiated with no processing fee.

Returns & Refunds

Full or partial orders may be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date the order was placed. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
Following receipt of the return, a refund will be initiated within 2 days for the full or partial order total minus shipping charges collected and a 3% restocking fee for product returned.

A store credit and/or exchange may be requested in lieu of a full or partial refund. In either case, the 3% restocking fee does not apply.
