Shipping and Insurance
Orders are shipped worldwide via our preferred carrier USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking. We reserve the option to use UPS or Fedex if the order necessitates it.
If you require a different carrier, please specify in the order notes at checkout. We will process your request when carrier shipping charges are less than or equal to the shipping charges collected. Otherwise, you will be notified via email to discuss shipping options.
Note: due to delays at airports and customs, international orders may extend beyond 2 weeks until delivery.
Packages are insured for the value of the entire order, up to $200 maximum. Additional insurance may be applied at our discretion if product(s) ordered are irreplaceable, fragile, and/or traveling a long distance.
If you require additional insurance over $200, please specify in the order notes at checkout. We will process your request when the additional cost of insurance does not exceed the shipping charges collected. Otherwise, you will be notified via email to discuss insurance options.
We will never require additional shipping charges beyond shipping charges collected at the time an order was placed. However if a unique customer request necessitates it, you will be notified via email in advance of order processing.
If shipping charges collected at the time an order was placed exceed $5 of the actual cost of shipping, you will be refunded the difference within 1 day following order processing.
Orders are processed 2-3 days after the order was placed. Safe and secure packaging requires care, so please allow additional time for larger orders.
A shipment tracking notification email will be sent to you when your order has shipped.
Pre Orders (advance order on temporarily out-of-stock select products)
A Pre Order is limited to the stock level specified. A charge is collected at checkout when an order is placed, the same as a standard order. The collected charge specifically related to a pre-ordered item is held separate until product is in stock and ready for order processing. You will be sent a notification email when product is in-stock and ready for fulfillment. Shipping will occur on or before the fulfillment date specified.
A Pre Order will be cancelled and fully refunded if it extends beyond the fulfillment date. A refund will be initiated within 2 days for the full pre-order total. You may choose to extend beyond the fulfillment date if desired.
You may choose to cancel at any time for any reason, excluding after the notification email was sent and the order is ready for fulfillment. A refund will be initiated within 2 days for the full pre-order total minus a 3% processing fee.

Note: Images used for Pre Order products are of previously sold items. We will do our best to fulfill your pre-order with a similar quality product which closely matches the images and descriptions used.
Returns and Refunds
Full or partial orders may be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date the order was placed. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
Following receipt of the return, a refund will be initiated within 2 days for the full or partial order total minus shipping charges collected and a 3% restocking fee for product returned.
A store credit and/or exchange may be requested in lieu of a full or partial refund. In either case, the 3% restocking fee does not apply.
